This is our Unbeatable Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes recipe. It goes really well with our Air Fryer Eggs On Toast Recipe.
Unbeatable Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 big drizzle olive oil
Cut the potatoes into roughly 1” squares.
Place them into a bath of icy cold water and put them into the fridge. Allow them to chill for at least 30 minutes.
Some would say keep them in the fridge for 24 hours. But we know you are hungry today, not tomorrow.
Drain the water and dry the potatoes off with a paper towel. Place the potatoes into a bowl.
Drizzle with oil, along with 1 tbs of onion powder, 1 tbs of garlic powder, and 1tbs of paprika.
Give it a good toss and then place it into your Air Fryer.
Let it fry for 15 minutes at 400f.
Once done give them a shake, add some oil, and let them rip for another 5 minutes inside the Air Fryer.
Once done, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with a sauce of choice, and enjoy!
